Poems and Images for Contemplation in a Time of Not Knowing
Words to Live By: Poems and Images for Contemplation in a Time of Not Knowing is a creative "thank you" to Cancer Connection by four cancer survivors. Envisioned by John Bos, it is co-edited with Pam Roberts who has led our "Spirit of the Written Word" workshop since 2002. James McDonald designed the book. It features 50 poems by local and nationally renowned writers, each embraced by a photograph from nature by Keith Carver.
The goal of the creators is to provide Cancer Connection with all the book sale proceeds in support our free programs and services for anyone diagnosed with cancer, their families and caregivers.
Copies are for sale at the Cancer Connection Thrift Shop, and are available to purchase online for $20.00 plus tax and shipping.
